Our after-school group tutoring offers targeted academic support in intentionally small groups. These sessions provide a supportive and encouraging environment where learners are known, valued, and taught at their level. Tutoring is aligned with the New Zealand Curriculum and responsive to individual learning needs, helping students build understanding, confidence, and resilience.
Tutoring is booked by the term, with prices reflecting group size. Sessions start at $80 per week for 1:1 tutoring, $40 per week for groups of 4–6 students, and $35 per week for groups of 7–8 students. If you specifically require 1:1 tutoring, please contact us to check availability.
If your child's year level is not listed below, please get in touch with us. We offer tutoring in response to community need, and if there is enough interest, we can open an additional session either this term or in future terms.

Reading Boost is a targeted, after-school tutoring programme, designed to find and fill gaps in reading skills while helping students build confidence and enjoyment as readers.
A strong emphasis is placed on understanding why each student reads — what interests them, motivates them, and helps reading feel meaningful. By tapping into these personal motivators, students are supported to develop skills in a way that feels relevant and rewarding, rather than pressured.
Sessions focus on key areas such as decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension, with instruction tailored to individual needs.
Where appropriate, tutors may also identify areas for future development to support ongoing learning.

Where appropriate, tutors may also identify areas for future development to support ongoing learning.
Our year level ranges are a guide — if your child falls just outside the stated range but you feel the tutoring session would be a good fit for them, please get in touch and we’d be happy to chat about whether it might be suitable.
